Who we are

We are a queer-owned and operated business that sells healthy foods at the Maxwell Market in the Park in Maxwell, IA. We intend to build our business from there and are hoping to open a food truck or brick and mortar restaurant in 2027!

We combine whole grains, lean protein, and a colorful variety of fruits and vegetables to form healthful and delicious menu items. We also offer a variety of functional juices created for distinct purposes: calm, immunity, energy, and focus.

The primary owner of Blender Non-Conforming completed a Master’s degree in Nutrition from Texas State University in 2023 and a second Master’s degree in Neuroscience from Iowa State University in 2026. They have blended these degrees to create a menu that is healthful for your body and your brain.
